Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their unique HR challenges, and offering tailored solutions through our software. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, has excellent interpersonal skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Prospecting

Identify and research potential clients through cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
Build a pipeline of qualified leads in target industries and geographic locations.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate new business opportunities.

Client Engagement and Needs Assessment

Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in prospective organizations.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client HR challenges and business goals.
Present tailored HR software solutions that address client-specific needs and pain points.

Product Demonstration and Sales Presentations

Deliver compelling product demonstrations showcasing the benefits and features of the software.
Prepare and present customized sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
Address client objections and questions, effectively communicating the value proposition of our software.

Sales Negotiation and Closing

Negotiate terms and pricing with prospective clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
Close sales deals to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Coordinate with the legal and operations teams to finalize contracts and agreements.

Collaboration and Feedback

Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns.
Provide client and market feedback to the product development team to enhance the software.
Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction post-sale.

Reporting

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in software or HR-related solutions.
Strong understanding of HR processes and challenges is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
