Responsibilities
Understand and effectively communicate product offerings, functionally, positioning, and competitive advantage.
Manage and grow existing customer base by understanding and anticipating customer’s needs.
Participate in meetings, training sessions, trade shows, conferences, webinars, and professional development opportunities.
Maintain awareness of pertinent customer information, future plans and payment performance, and communicate any information that would affect company decisions.
Market products and services to prospective buyers
Continuously source for new accounts and new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Manage relationships with existing customers
Ensure customers satisfaction and continued patronage through a series of follow-ups and customer engagement.
Gather information on competitors, suggesting strategies for to attain a sustainable competitive advantage
Monitor market trends, product performance and conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Setting up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns, also preparing and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
