Sales Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Rano.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing sales strategies, identifying potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Additional day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with the production and marketing teams to align sales strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

Sales and business development skills
Experience in market analysis and strategy development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer relationship management and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Familiarity with the agricultural industry, particularly rice production, is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field
