Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. 
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of customer needs, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. 
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, managing client accounts, and driving the company’s revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive products.

Sales Management:

Present and demonstrate the company’s products and services to potential clients.
Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements.

Client Relationship:

Manage and maintain a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Sales Targets:

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Track sales activities, monitor performance, and report results to senior management.

Administrative Duties:

Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales contracts.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in CRM.
Attend sales meetings, training, and industry events to improve knowledge and skills.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 – 5 years of experience.
