Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team and help us expand our market share.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients within the OOH advertising industry.
This role requires a strong sales drive, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of the OOH media landscape.
The Sales Executive will work closely with the sales and client service teams to identify opportunities, close deals, and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify, approach, and acquire new clients, while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing accounts.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets by developing tailored OOH advertising solutions for clients.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs, and competitor activities, helping to inform sales strategies.
Sales Presentations & Proposals: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
Negotiation & Deal Closing: Lead negotiations, secure contracts, and ensure timely closure of deals.
Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (creative, operations, and client service) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and timely delivery.
Client Feedback & Satisfaction: Regularly check in with clients to ensure their needs are met and gather feedback for improvement.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and progress toward sales goals. Provide regular reports to management.
Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with OOH advertising trends, technologies, and market shifts to remain competitive in the industry.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience (3+ years) in sales, preferably within the advertising or media industry.
Good understanding of the OOH advertising industry, including digital and traditional media platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Goal-oriented with a strong desire to exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), CRM software, and sales tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
