A reputable real estate company in Ikota, Lekki, Lagos is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.
Requirements
Minimum of 1-3 years experience in real estate sales or a related field.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in video editing and content creation.
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Must reside in or be willing to work in Ikota, Lekki, Lagos.
Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential buyers, sellers, and investors.
Source and list new properties for sale or rent.
Conduct property inspections and tours with clients.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings.
Create and edit engaging video content for property listings and social media.
Maintain relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor activities.
Must reside in or be willing to work in Ikota, Lekki, Lagos.
