Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Sales Executive at Dotts Media House.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, building and maintaining client relationships, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets.
This role involves a mix of 3days remote work and 2days in-office .
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings.
Negotiate and close deals to meet sales quotas.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies.
Manage and report sales performance through CRM software.
Requirements
3-4 years of sales experience in a similar industry.
Proven sales track record with a consistent achievement of sales targets.
Experience in Advertising, Digital Marketing, and Public Relations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently, under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in CRM software
