Responsibilities
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s strong presence
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales and revenue report forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Generation of Sales leads.
Meeting & exceeding sales goals
Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
Understand and promote company programs.
Obtain cheque deposits from new and existing clients
Follow up and deliver sales contracts to clients
Visit prospects and potential clients to ascertain their real estate needs
Promote brand products and services.
Maintaining client records.
Attend to client inquiries on brand, products, prices, etc
Meet the brand’s monthly target.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or public relations or related field
Experience in sales with 3-4 years of experience is an added advantage.
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
Commitment to excellent customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Superb interpersonal skills.
Ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
Competency in the use of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Able to work comfortably in a fast and competitive environment.
