Sales Executive

Job Details

Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying, prospecting, and closing deals with new and existing clients.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and market trends to effectively communicate the value of the company’s products to customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring swift resolution to maintain positive relationships.
Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory or market segment.
Conduct market research to stay informed about competitors and customer needs, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
Prepare regular sales reports, including activity logs, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, client needs, and potential areas for product or service improvement.
Work closely with the Area/Cluster Sales Manager and the sales team to align on strategies, share best practices, and meet organizational objectives.
Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure alignment on client needs and market demand.
