JOB DESCRIPTION:

Sell the company’s products, goods and services to customers.
Work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process.
Find new sales leads, through business directories, client referrals, etc.
“Cold calling” for new customers even while in the office/store, as well as visiting/calling existing customers with offers of more products.
Managing the content of the company’s Online presence/stores -company website, konga and jumia stores.
Promoting products through social medial amongst others.
Reacting to any changes in customers demand.
Maintaining relationships with existing customers while seeking new ones.
Getting feedback from customers.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
Secondary school diploma with a minimum of C4 grades in English and Mathematics (Testing Required).
EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 1 year experience in Sales / Marketing.
Must be computer literate ( Micro-soft word and Excel )
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Leadership aptitude

AGE:
22-28 ( Must be Female)
