PURPOSE OF THE JOB:To identify, follow and convert project opportunities to sales in the Building, Residential and Industrymarket segmentRESPONSIBILITIES:
Generate and manage leads from the related market segments
Management of customer-to-company relationship
Run delivery errands of products/equipment within related territory
Professionally follow on-going projects in the related market segments
Manage customer complaints and requests in the field
Collate, build and manage sales performance reports and plans
Manage a team based on needs and requirements
REQUIRED SKILLS
Computer literacy and proficient use of ‘Microsoft Office’ Tools – Word, Excel, Power Point,
Outlook
Ability to understand and maneuver through basic mathematical and accounting calculations
Ability to intelligently engage customers in effective and quality discussions.
Good listening and communication skills
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Work experience in related fields – Customer service + Sales management, etc
Ability to drive with valid drivers’ license and knowledge of Lagos roads and environs
