The ideal Sales Director C&I will be responsible for overseeing the Sales teams’ operations and strategies.
By researching market trends and conducting competitor analysis, the candidate will develop and implement sales strategies.
Responsibilities
Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Goals: Set and communicate sales goals, ensuring that the team is aligned and motivated to meet these targets.
Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and objectives.
Analysis: Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes to effectively position products and services.
Report on sales performance, market trends, and strategic shifts to senior management.
Leadership: Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
Management: Prepare and manage sales budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
8+ years’ of sales leadership experience
8+ years’ of experience in sales
Strong leadership skills
