Sales Director

Requirements: 

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field (a Master’s degree is a plus).
7+ years of experience in sales, with 3-5 years in leadership or managerial roles, preferably in sports hospitality or related industries.
Proven success in managing sales teams, achieving revenue targets, and driving business growth.
Strong knowledge of the sports hospitality market, including key events, venues, and client needs.
Experience with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, or executive-level stakeholders.
Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot, and the MS Office Suite.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
