Summary:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their growing team. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in driving the company’s growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers, setting up meetings for the sales team, and contributing to the overall sales strategy.
Your responsibilities will include outbound prospecting, managing inbound leads, conducting discovery calls, and building relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to clearly articulate the value of a customer intelligence platform.
Responsibilities
Conduct targeted outreach to potential customers through various channels, including email, phone, and social media.
Qualify inbound leads and manage the initial stages of the sales pipeline.
Schedule and conduct discovery calls to understand potential customers’ needs and pain points.
Educate prospects on the value of the company’s customer intelligence platform and how it can benefit product teams.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with marketing campaigns and content.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and opportunities created.
Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on prospect interactions and market insights.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and our product developments.
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
Experience with outbound prospecting techniques and tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).
Basic understanding of product management and customer intelligence concepts.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Eagerness to learn and grow within a sales career path.
Salary: ₦150,000.00 – ₦300,000.00
