About the Role

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the telecommunications industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and coordinating sales activities with a focus on fiber network services.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets for fiber network services.
Identify and onboard new customers, as well as maintain relationships with existing clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.
Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and trends in the fiber network space.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
Coordinate with technical teams to address client requirements effectively.

Requirements

Minimum of HND or B.Sc in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, specifically in the telecommunications sector with a focus on fiber products.
Strong understanding of fiber network services and their applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
