Responsibilities:
– Visit orientation camps with marketing team lead- Obtain and forward details of potential customers- Assist in property inspection- Ensures all necessary documents are signed by customers after payment is made- Contributes to the development and maintenance of standards, policies and procedures regarding customer service- Relay weekly and monthly growth reports to operations manager
Qualification and Requirements:
– Minimum qualification: OND (any discipline)- Effective and articulate communicator- Relationship building skills and confidence- Ability to take initiative and ownership- Ability to multitask and attack a problem from multiple angles- Strong organizational and social skills- High energy level- Attentive to detail and highly organized- Great communication skills (oral and listening)- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
