Role Summary:

As a Sales Canvasser, you will play a crucial role in driving market penetration and increasing Drugstoc’s customer base in your assigned region. This role involves direct engagement with prospective customers, promoting Drugstoc’s products and services, and generating sales leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement

Visit pharmacies, hospitals, and healthcare providers within your assigned location to promote Drugstoc’s offerings.
Provide detailed information about Drugstoc’s products and services to potential clients.

Lead Generation and Conversion

Identify prospective customers and generate sales leads through canvassing activities.
Follow up with leads to convert them into active customers.

Market Awareness

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competition.
Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on market trends and opportunities.

Brand Promotion

Represent Drugstoc in a professional and engaging manner to build trust and credibility with clients.
Distribute promotional materials and communicate the company’s value proposition.

Reporting and Documentation

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
Submit regular reports on progress and outcomes to the sales supervisor.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum of an OND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (a degree is an added advantage).
Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
Familiarity with the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector is an added advantage.
Fluency in English and the local language of the assigned location is essential.
