Description:Duties and Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads via meetings, phone, emails and other channels
Schedule sales appointments and activities
Meeting deadlines assigned to transactions, leads and sales
Promote products/ services to new and existing customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of new and existing customers
Close sales by means of excellent customer service and salesmanship
Develop strategies for more effective sales closing and share with team
Maintain positive business and customer relationships to prolong customer lifetime value
Prioritize and escalate client questions and concerns to increase client satisfaction
Showing excellent understanding of the market
Track personal appointments, status reports and sales
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

Requirements and Qualifications

Minimum of First Degree in GIS, Business Administration and Marketing or related field.
Minimum of 5 years post NYSC experience
Demonstrated Knowledge of the ICT/Software/Computer Industry
Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
Familiarity with Business Relationship Management (BRM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) best practices
Aptitude for negotiation, persuasion and results
Highly motivated, strategic, determined and target driven
Proven track record in the sales environment
Ability to create and deliver client presentations, proposals etc.
Ability to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/yearly sales quota
Expert in time management and personal organisation with team spirit
