Job Description
Greeting customers and providing friendly service
Develop a good rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease.
Attend to customers’ requests and resolve customer complaints and challenges.
Assisting with product selection and answering questions-Introduce new products promptly to customers.
Familiarize yourself with current information about services and products available for customers.
Foster a positive and pleasant working relationship among customer service team members.
Managing the cash register, processing payments, and handling returns.
Keeping the store clean and organized.
Restocking shelves and ensuring displays are attractive.
Monitoring inventory levels and reporting shortages.
Providing product knowledge and recommendations.
Following store policies and procedures.
Assisting with promotional activities and event
