Greeting customers who enter the restaurant.
Assisting customers to find the product/products they are looking for.
Being responsible for processing cash and card payments.
Answering queries from customers.
Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor.
Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
Balancing cash registers with receipts.
Dealing with customer refunds.
Responsible dealing with customer complaints.
Responsible for security within the store and being on the lookout for shoplifters and fraudulent customers
Running of the cash register and ensuring the proper check-out process is followed
Replenish the supply of products items that are under stocked
All other duties as assigned by the Retail Supervisor and/or line manager
The personal skills that is required for the JOB:
Having a friendly and engaging personality.
Must be friendly and pleasant.
Must be smart and presentable
Comfortable working with members of the public.
Should have a confident manner.
Must be helpful and polite.
Should be physically fit as they will be on their feet for most of the day.
Should be of a smart appearance and articulating.
Familiarity with the products and share knowledge with customers.
Qualification
Minimum of 1 years experience in a hospitality Industry especially in a standard Fast food industry or retail venture
Minimum of SSCE qualification.
Good computer knowledge is a must.
Should not be more than 35 years.
Can handle multiple tasks and achieve deadline.
