Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Sales Attendant to join our team. As a Sales Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets and promoting our products.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them with product inquiries, making recommendations based on their needs.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
Assist in restocking and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor.
Ensure that products are displayed attractively and in compliance with store standards.
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and in a timely manner.
Support inventory management by helping with stock checks and organizing products.
Meet or exceed sales targets and help the store achieve overall goals.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, sales promotions, and store policies.
Educational Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Additional certification or courses related to retail or customer service is a plus (e.g., sales, communication, or business administration).
Qualifications:
Proven experience in retail or customer service (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Positive attitude and a strong desire to help others.
Basic math and cash handling skills.
