As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in connecting buyers with their dream properties, selling and closing sales deals, and contributing to the overall success of our real estate business.

Key Functions & Responsibilities
Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential clients to expand the client base.
Close sales transactions by showcasing and selling properties to clients, and coordinating all necessary documentation and procedures.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns, maintaining open communication.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
Manage and update client databases to track interactions and transactions.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance professional skills.
Competencies
Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Associate or a similar role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused with a goal-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
