Sales Associate

Position Summary:

The Sales Associate will work closely with and provide vital support to the Sales Manager in managing the end-to-end sales process. This includes assisting with client communications, order processing, stock monitoring, and ensuring that products are delivered on time. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations and providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring that all sales processes are executed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support: Assist the Sales Manager in managing client relationships, ensuring timely follow-ups, and responding to client inquiries. Provide day-to-day support for both resellers and distributors to ensure smooth order processing.
Order Management: Help monitor and manage client orders, from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and on-time fulfillment. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues that may arise during the order process.
Inventory & Stock Coordination: Support the Sales Manager in monitoring stock levels and ensuring that inventory is replenished when needed. Maintain close communication with internal teams to track product availability and assist in managing stock requirements.
Sales Reporting: Assist in preparing and maintaining regular sales reports, tracking order status, sales trends, and inventory levelsProvide updates to the Sales Manager to help assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Client Communication: Help manage and maintain relationships with key clients, providing timely updates on order status, product availability, and delivery schedulesAddress customer queries and assist in resolving any product or order-related issues.
Delivery Coordination: Work alongside the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products Assist in troubleshooting any delivery delays or issues, ensuring the process runs smoothly.
Product Knowledge: Assist in staying up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to support the Sales Manager in engaging clients effectively Provide detailed product information and guidance to clients when necessary.
Sales Process Improvement: Work with the Sales Manager to streamline sales and order processing workflows Suggest improvements and implement solutions that enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within wholesale or the luxury products sector (fragrances, skincare, etc.).
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM or sales management software.
A proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving, with a strong focus on ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team, providing support to the Sales Manager and other departments as needed.
Passion for luxury fragrances and skincare products, with a good understanding of the market trends and client needs in the industry.
