Sales and Logistics Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Logistics Manager to oversee our sales and logistics operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing logistics operations, and leading a team of sales and logistics professionals.

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, operations, and finance
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and logistics management
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving logistics efficiency
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Knowledge of the courier and logistics industry is an advantage
