We’re hiring a dynamic Sales Supervisor to lead our Modern Distribution division.
This role entails managing a sales team, driving growth through modern retail channels, and ensuring effective sales strategy execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage sales representatives to achieve targets.
Develop strategic sales plans to expand market share in modern trade.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer preferences for growth opportunities.
Analyze sales data to optimize strategies and enhance profitability.
Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and initiatives.
Skills and Competencies
5+ years in modern trade sales management with proven revenue growth.
Strong leadership to motivate and develop teams.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with analytical prowess in sales and market trends.
Knowledgeable in retail operations, consumer behavior, and competition.
Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Business / Marketing; Master’s preferred.
Proficient in CRM, MS Office, and sales analytics tools.
