We are looking to hire experienced sales and support agents with a strong background in tele-sales, particularly in the internet service/broadband industry.
The ideal candidate is an eloquent communicator who can engage customers effectively over the phone, drive sales, and provide exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively reach out to potential customers via calls to promote internet/broadband services.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable plans or upgrades
Meet or exceed sales targets through effective persuasion and negotiation
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Assist customers with service upgrades, billing inquiries and technical support
Follow ups and Relationship Management
Requirements
Experience in tele-sales, preferably in the internet service industry
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal skills, clear pronounciation, and ability to engage customers effectively over the phone
Strong persuasion, negotiation and closing skills
Basic Understanding of broadband/internet services.
Ability to work under minimal supervision and achieve sales target
