Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts in the Telecommunication Service industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and increase brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to drive sales revenue growth
Conduct sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting
Analyze sales performance and provide insights to improve sales effectiveness
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services
Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation
Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and activities
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and content
Analyze marketing performance and provide insights to improve marketing effectiveness
Provide leadership and guidance to the sales and marketing teams
Develop and implement sales and marketing processes and procedures
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
Collaborate with other departments to align sales and marketing strategies with business objectives
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing in the Telecommunication Service industry
Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases
Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading and managing high-performing teams
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills
Persuasive skill and ability to close deals independently
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Relevant professional qualifications, such as an MBA or a sales and marketing certification
Job Demand:
Experience working in a managerial role in a telecommunications company
Knowledge of the telecommunications industry and its trends
Experience with sales and marketing software, such as CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.

Salary: N700,000 – N1,000,000 per month.
