Job Responsibilities
Responsible for performance reporting:
Daily, weekly, Monthly, quarterly and annually.
Performance Analysis
Sales planning – target setting and sales forecasting ability
Budgeting – budget planning, preparation, monitoring and control
Monitoring of channel compliance with trade policies & governance
Trade communication, support and training
Provide National and regional reports and analyses on daily/weekly/monthly pipeline Sales/CA
Intelligence report on market development activities from the regions (Instore Representatives)
Provide reports on National Operations Performance
Coordinate sales activities with other departments to ensure seamless correlation
Coordinate regional review meetings
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the success of regional review meetings monthly or whenever they take place
Coordinate Trade Partner fora
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the success of regional CP / TP forums
General Administration
Trade communication, support and training
Educational Qualifications
First Degree in Business Management or Finance Field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience
Above average proficiency in MS excel and power point is very important
Dimensions (KPI / Metrics Measurement):
Timeliness and accuracy of sales performance reports
Efficiency in coordinating sales target with team members
Accuracy and timeliness of targets communication to Sales Team
Success of review meetings and coordinated forums
Relevant Experience:
