Sales Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for highly motivated and self-driven wealth-management sales analyst to join our team.
We want self-motivated individuals that will grow and manage the company’s client base with passion and enthusiasm.
In this role, the sales analyst will be responsible for building client relationships and assisting them before, during and after purchase of our products with the ability to persuade and clearly convey the benefits of the company’s products and services to potential customers.

Responsibilities

Sell and promote products/services convincingly to new and existing prospective customers%
Perform cost benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their need
Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationship
Promote the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Analyze market potential and track calls and sales records to create useful report
Follow up with clients to ensure that they are satisfied with the products or services purchased

Requirements

Must have a Bachelor’s degree qualification from a reputable University
A minimum of a year’s experience in a similar role
Ability to take up other job functions within the organization
Excellent communication and customer service skill
Must demonstrate strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
