Sales Agent (Merchandiser)

Job Duties and Description

Engage customers and promote products in the supermarket.
Assist customers in locating items and provide information on product features.
Upsell and cross-sell products to meet sales targets.
Maintain a clean and organized sales area, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
Provide timely feedback to management on customer needs and market trends.

Qualification / Requirements

Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc in any field.
Previous experience in sales or customer service is an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Goal-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
