Job Summary

As an Agent for Paycare Limited, you will be responsible for promoting our business and personal account services to potential clients, with the goal of acquiring new accounts and earning commissions.
Your success will be driven by your ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients to promote Paycare’s business and personal account services.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
Deliver presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of Paycare’s account services.
Achieve monthly sales targets by acquiring a minimum number of new business and personal accounts.
Ensure that clients receive timely and effective support to resolve any issues or concerns.
Maintain knowledge of Paycare’s products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:

Proven sales experience in the financial services industry or a related field not compulsory
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of business operations and financial management
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales targets
