Job Description:
Princess Snacks, a subsidiary of Graceco LTD, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our team in Kola, Alagbado.
The ideal candidate will provide essential support to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations, accurate record-keeping, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
Process sales orders, invoices, and delivery notes accurately and promptly.
Liaise with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
Prepare and distribute sales performance reports to the management team.
Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Track sales team activities and provide regular updates to the Sales Manager.
Support the implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales administration
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Must be able to resume immediately.
