Supervises and coordinates with the Marketing coordinator, Regional sales manager, Sales executives, Supply chain and logistics Manager, Warehouse manager and others.
Attains a level of efficiency and effectiveness in providing support for the sales & marketing team
Attains a level of efficiency in the processing of customer orders and act as a point of contact for customers with queries about orders.
Job Requirements.
Ability to express ideas clearly both in oral and written communication.
Intermediate to advance Microsoft excel skills
Excellence in interpersonal skills
Trustworthiness and diligence.
Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
A team player with high level of dedication
Ability to work under strict deadlines
