Play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency of our sales processes by managing and enhancing sales support and administrative functions.
Supports a team responsible for handling sales orders, customer inquiries, and maintain accurate records. Your contributions will enable our sales team to focus on what they do best: selling.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment.
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars and handling communications.
Maintain and update the sales database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer and product information.
Prepare and analyses sales data to generate reports, trends, and insights to support management decision-making.
Oversee the order-processing system, ensuring orders are accurately and efficiently entered, tracked, and fulfilled.
Ensure prompt and efficient resolution of customer’s problems.
Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
Generate and distribute sales reports, including sales forecast, revenue, and performance metrics.
Assist in the preparation and monitoring of sales departments budget.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Education/ Skills
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field (MBA degree, an added advantage)
4-6 years proven experience in Sales Administration or a similar role.
Strong organizational, time-management skills and multi-tasking skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and CRM software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership and team management experience.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
