Job Description:
CyberDome Nigeria Limited is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to manage and expand client relationships within the IT and cybersecurity industry.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in account management, demonstrating strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
This role involves overseeing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients.
Identify new business opportunities and manage sales processes to win new accounts.
Work closely with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of services.
Prepare regular reports on account status, transactions, and progression.
Coordinate with other teams to ensure a harmonized approach towards shared clients.
Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and insights on market and creative trends.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven account management or relevant sales experience.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
