Job Summary

The Safety Analyst at Trucksoft Logistics Limited is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving safety performance across the company’s logistics and fleet operations.

The role involves collecting and interpreting safety data, identifying risks and trends, supporting compliance with safety regulations, and recommending measures to prevent accidents and enhance operational safety.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze safety data, incidents, near misses, and driver performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Prepare safety reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for management review.

Conduct risk assessments and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Monitor compliance with company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Investigate accidents, incidents, and safety violations, and assist in developing recommendations to prevent recurrence.

Utilize fleet tracking and telematics systems to monitor driver behavior, vehicle usage, and safety-related events.

Support safety audits, inspections, and compliance reviews across fleet and logistics operations.

Assist in developing and delivering safety awareness initiatives and training programs.

Maintain accurate safety records, documentation, and regulatory reports.

Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and fleet teams to improve overall safety performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Logistics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in safety, compliance, fleet operations, or data analysis.

Knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessment, and incident investigation practices.

Experience using data analysis tools, reporting systems, or fleet tracking platforms is an advantage.

Professional certification such as ISPON, NEBOSH, IOSH, HSE 1,2 &3 is an added advantage.

Proximity to the Office will be added advantage.
