Provied expert advice on property portfolio decisions using investment apparasisal techniques.
Develp finance strategies tailored across the property portfoolio with cash flow projections etc.
Forecast and monitor prperty and investment market trends.
Keep up to date with market developments, new investment areas etc.
Conduct research to assess severity of risk.
Develop contingency plans to deal with emergencies.
Protect organization asssets assests and public image.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Investment, Risk Management or any related field.
2 years minimum experience in a similar job role and industry.
Strong analytical and innovative thinking.
