Retail Team Supervisor Graphics Designer Operation Manager

Job Summary

Retail Team Supervisor is a person in charge of overseeing and managing a team of employees in a retail setting.
You are responsible for leading and coordinating the activities of the team to ensure the smooth operation of the retail call center and store.
As a supervisor you are to ensure that the team meets sales targets and provides excellent customer service.

Duties

Ensure on a business day, go round all call center sales team every 2hrs to ensure all is going well.
Check in every location at 9am to 10am to ensure all location phones are turned on and ready to receive clients calls
Monitor all our sales channels daily active and their performance
Create a weekly sales report to management and documents it in a files
Monitor and evaluate the conversion rate of call center (that is how many sales were closed by each person).
Listen to all voice calls from call center 3cx/ checking phone on daily basis.
Open instagram /whatsapp and monitor all correspondence to ensure they are communicating appropriately not ignoring chats, completing all chats.
Log into all email address order department, media department, call center, online Content to check they are communicating appropriately and not ignoring any email
Supervise media department is carrying out their objective; that is meeting up schedule on reviews and videos for advent.
Work with Mr. javatech as regarding fixing the system and updating websites for delivery fee when running sales.
Providing sales strategies to generate revenue for the company and develops new plans for expanding increase sales.
Ensure all retail teams across all locations are performing at optimum and Meeting their expected goals.
Ensure all retail locations are properly staffed and all team shifts are properly scheduled and thought off (liaise with the administrative officer on this)
Ensure all retail processes and retail operations are functional efficient this means you must work with relevant staff to ensure they carry out their mandate which directly affects the retail team’s performance. E.g. a pending performance.
Ensure all customers enquiries are responded to in lead time. I.e. within 24hours.
Ensuring that customer satisfaction is at optimum at all times.
Ensure all team have adequate knowledge and confidence to be good sales team representative (liaise with education department on this)
Inform operation manager when any electronic devices are not work
Updating all sales team of latest new price review and on going sales
Assessing sales performance and provide guidance where necessary to ensure maximum efficiency.
Documents all customer contact and information.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 4 – 6 years experience.
