Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of their stores in Lekki and VI.
Responsibilities
Supervise sales staff and ensure excellent customer service
Manage store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
Achieve sales targets and implement strategies to drive sales growth
Maintain high store standards, including health and safety regulations
Provide coaching and training to sales staff.
Requirements
Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees
3+ years of experience in retail management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
