Job description

As the Fashion Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the operations of our high-end fashion boutique. You will be tasked with creating an exceptional shopping experience for our discerning clientele, while also driving the store’s financial performance and achieving ambitious sales targets. Your strong leadership, keen eye for fashion, and exceptional customer service skills will be paramount in this role.

Duties

Develop and implement effective store policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize daily operations.
Oversee the store’s inventory management, including product ordering, receiving, and maintaining appropriate stock levels to meet customer demand.
Ensure the store’s visual merchandising and product presentation are consistently aligned with the brand’s image and seasonal trends.
Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve financial performance and meet sales targets.
Implement effective loss prevention measures to minimize discrepancies.
Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing team of sales associates.
Recruit, hire, train, and develop employees to deliver exceptional customer service.
Manage employee schedules, attendance, and performance to maintain optimal staffing levels.
Foster a customer-centric culture by setting high standards for personalized service and client satisfaction.
Develop and oversee the implementation of effective clienteling strategies to build long-term relationships with customers.
Identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategic plans to enhance the store’s operations, sales, and profitability.
Stay informed of industry trends, and emerging fashion concepts to inform the store’s strategic direction.

Skills

Atleast 5 years of demonstrated expertise in visual merchandising, inventory management.
Experience in a fashion retail store is mandatory
Exceptional leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and time-management abilities
Proficient in the use of retail technology, point-of-sale systems, and inventory management software
Passion for fashion, an eye for style, and a deep understanding of current and emerging trends
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
