Job Summary
The Retail Sales Supervisor will be in charge of overseeing and managing a team of employees in the retail team.
You will be responsible for leading and coordinating the activities of the team to ensure the smooth operation of the retail call center and store.
As a supervisor you are to ensure that the team meets sales targets and provides excellent customer service.
Requirements
HND / B.Sc in a relevant discipline.
Minimum of 5 years experience in a the same or similar role in a retail outlet.
