Retail Sales Supervisor (Electronics Store)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Retail Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team at our electronics store. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient store operations.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Ensure that customers receive excellent service, resolving any complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including promotions, displays, and events.
Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Ensure that the store is clean, well-maintained, and compliant with company policies and procedures.
Provide training and coaching to sales associates to improve their product knowledge and sales skills.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales associates, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
Assist with visual merchandising, including creating displays and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Requirements

A minimum of 3-4 years of retail sales experience in an electronics store with at least 1 year of supervisory experience is required.
Strong knowledge of electronic products and technology.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and selling skills.
Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
