Job Overview:
As a Retail Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in driving sales and promoting FTTH and internet services. Your role involves engaging potential customers, building relationships, generating leads, and converting interest into sales. By delivering excellent service and a thorough understanding of our offerings, you will play a key part in achieving our sales goals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively promote and sell FTTH and internet services to retail customers.
Identify prospective clients and generate new business leads.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any complaints efficiently.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase internet services.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance indicators (KPIs).
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to better assist customers.
Manage post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve department-wide objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
0-2 years of sales experience, ideally in telecommunications or a similar field.
Strong passion for sales in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Basic knowledge of fibre optic or internet services (preferred, but not required).
High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
