We are actively recruiting a Retail Runner to provide assistance to the retail team, with a focus on maintaining seamless store operations and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The incumbent will be tasked with overseeing key operational functions, ensuring adherence to established protocols and maintaining efficiency in daily tasks. Key duties include monitoring workflows, conducting performance evaluations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives. Additionally, the role necessitates maintaining accurate records, preparing detailed reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Assist the sales team in providing outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

Fitting rooms are set up and organized to accommodate customers efficiently.

Ensure fitting rooms are kept immaculately clean and sanitized after each use, adhering to established hygiene standards and providing a pleasant shopping environment for customers.

Provide support in the accurate receipt, identification, and categorization of incoming inventory items.

Assist in enhancing visual merchandising and store presentation strategies to create an engaging and aesthetically pleasing shopping environment for customers.

Maintain the store’s ambiance to meet established standards.

Maintain adequate inventory levels of essential supplies at service stations to ensure operational readiness.

Transfer goods from storage facilities to the retail floor to ensure optimal product availability for customers.

Address customer inquiries and provide support by collaborating closely with sales associates to resolve requests promptly and effectively.

The role involves facilitating effective communication between customers and the sales team to ensure inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.

Ensure strict compliance with all store safety protocols and operational guidelines to maintain a secure and efficient working environment.

Notify management promptly of any incidents or safety concerns that arise, ensuring clear and concise communication of pertinent details.

Provide support for various operational tasks throughout the store to ensure smooth daily functioning.

Responsibilities include designing and maintaining scalable software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. The role requires proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, as well as experience with frameworks like Django, Spring Boot, or .NET. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in an Agile environment are essential. Additionally, candidates must possess excellent communication abilities to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and contribute to code reviews and documentation efforts.

Minimum educational qualification of five credits in SSC or its equivalent, including Mathematics and English Language, is required.

Candidates with one to two years of prior experience in a retail environment or customer-facing support capacity are strongly encouraged to apply.
