Retail Operations Manager

Job Summary:The individual will be in charge of the retail operations and oversee the entire supply chain. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the Retail Operations Manager is accountable for leading operations across stores in order to maximize their performance.Responsibilities

Manage & support activities of retail stores & teams
Coordinate the supply chain process; production, warehousing, inventory management and logistics. 
Monitor stock levels to ensure adequate supplies and identify methods of stock regeneration
Define and manage operational & technical policies and procedures
Identify, propose and assist with roll-out of growth strategies for retail
Oversee operational costs
Drive performance of stores, reports on performance to management
Keeps updated with trends and technology in the retail industry.

Desired Competencies & Experience:

3-5 years relevant experience in Retail Operations/Supply Chain Management
B.Sc/HND degree in any relevant discipline
