Build country Retail strategy and manage the Retail pipe for all product opportunities. Ensure countries’ Retail strategy translates into concrete action plans and being executed.
Build, coordinate and execute Marketing Plans (Offer launch, Partner Relationships Management, Brand, Supply Chain, Electrician programs, …) with all internal stakeholders.
Develop a strong channel management
Understand underlying needs of customers, their growth drivers and incorporate these insights into strategic business development
Devise & implement strategies for maintaining relationships in exiting account management & thereby ensuring high customer satisfaction
Identify and qualify alliances – acquisition, JV, partnerships
Understand, analyze competition evolution and drive corresponding actions
Effectively leverage digitisation opportunities to develop Retail business
Communicate a credible picture, commit to strategic pathways with conviction, and pioneer through uncertainty by setting objectives that create the future while sustaining the current
Profitability:
Manage overall P&L
Optimize working capital level (account receivables, account payables, work in progress, stocks)
Customer Satisfaction:
Drive Customer Satisfaction improvement as a key performance indicator
Supply Chain:
Actor of the SIOP (Sales Inventory and Operation Planning) by providing reliable forecast
Participate to new product introduction by defining acces to market, point of sales, points of inventory.
Facilitate the acess to Distributors datas : inventory lever by references, sale-out datas…
People Management:
Assure high level of people engagement. In an on-going way, analyze and define action plan to reinforce people engagement
Develop people through coaching and training
Create Retail DNA by recruiting high talents outside and training inside
Define competency strategy & execute accordingly

5-10 years business mgt and/or general management experience (i.e. marketing, management, P&L, business development) ideally in highly matrix organizations
Ability to manage P&L
Knowledge of Retail/Trade business industry and strong Marketing sense
Good general knowledge of Schneider Electrical business, offers & channels
Good understanding of supply chain
Digital experience in Retail industry (E-commerce, Partners Relationship Mgt, …)
Outstanding communication skills & cross-culturally open
