Job Purpose
Accomplish business development objectives through managing Store Operations, retail merchandising, Sales Management and Customer Service to deliver measurable results
Product Assortment planning: ensure all boutiques have the requisite number of products
Inventory planning: Open-to-Buy, Out of Stock, fast selling and slow moving stock planning
Product performance: Sell through, sell out, conversion, returns management.
Vendor management: cost, payment terms, distribution, incentive planning
Customer Acquisition and Retention Techniques in the Off-Line and On-Line World
Replenishment planning: Measuring product performance to achieve manual and automatic replenishment.
Visual Merchandising: Design, layout planograms of all boutiques.
Sales management: Develop (or nurture existing) strong relationships with Organisations and working closely with them to provide appropriate stock selections.
Channel management: Secure new outlets for the Organisation
Ensure the highest standards are applied and maintained at all times across the store in the presentation and visual merchandising, customer service and administrative activities
Proactively develop new client base and building on current client base including client networking, attending both internal and external events and utilizing internal and external contracts
Adhere to both organisations avenue policies and procedures at all times, including dress code, and all relevant security procedures
Actively involve and contribute jointly with senior management, in the development and maintenance of CRM database
Job skills and requiremen
Minimum of 4-5 years experience as a retail manager with luxury sales
Knowledge of retail management best practices
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizing and leadership skills
Commercial awareness
Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles
Excellent knowledge of retail management software (e.g. MS RMS)
