As a Retail Assistant, you’ll create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, help them find the perfect look, and keep our store beautifully organized.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers with product selection and styling advice.
Process transactions and manage returns.
Maintain an organized, clean store and arrange displays.
Assist with stock management and support during busy periods.
Requirements
Candidates should possess an FSLC / HND / NCE or OND qualification with 1 – 2 years work experience.
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, approachable, and eager to help customers.
An eye for fashion and ability to give styling advice.
