Job purposeTo manage and oversee the efficient running of shifts in the restaurant and bar. To act as a part of the senior management team and undertake duty management as requested.Responsibilities are not limited to;
Coordinating the entire operation of the restaurant.
Managing staffs and providing them with feedback.
Responding to customers complaints.
Ensuring that all employees adhere to the company’s uniform dressing standards.
To supervise and assist the restaurant staff on a daily basis.
To have excellent understanding and product knowledge of what you sell.
Ensure total customer satisfaction is achieved.
Taking responsibility for the business performance.
Organizing marketing activities such as promotional events etc
To take a keen interest in the current business situation and to bring in sound ideas to increase profit, decrease spending etc
Experience: 2 – 5 years experience in similar role.Qualification: Degree Holder
