Key Competencies Required
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration or any related field.
3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager and 1–3 years of experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM).
Strong leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Proven ability to drive and champion sales initiatives.
Proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.
Consistently meeting and surpassing daily sales targets.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Problem-solving ability with a knack for thinking outside the box and taking immediate action.
